This Privacy Policy explains how PixMagic AI collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use our Android app and related services.

The information we collect depends on how you use PixMagic AI. We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the app.

3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide AI image editing, restoration, scanning, portrait generation, prediction, and filter features.
- Authenticate app requests and protect the service from unauthorized or abusive use.
- Manage free credits, subscription benefits, purchase verification, and purchase restoration.
- Save app settings and provide localized app experiences.
- Analyze feature usage, app performance, and subscription funnels.
- Measure advertising attribution and purchase attribution where permitted.
- Debug crashes, improve reliability, and maintain security.
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and fraud-prevention obligations.
5. Photos and AI Processing
PixMagic AI processes photos only when you choose a feature that requires an image. Depending on the feature, you may upload one or more photos from your device or capture a new photo.
- Your photo is sent to our backend and to an AI processing provider only to create the result you requested.
- We do not intentionally use uploaded photos to train our own AI models.
- AI results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, face visibility, selected feature, and provider behavior.
- Future prediction features are for entertainment and creative use only.
- Generated results are returned to the app. If you save a result, it is stored on your device gallery or local storage according to your device settings.
6. App Permissions
PixMagic AI requests permissions only when needed for app features. Android may show permission prompts before access is granted.
- Photos and media: used to let you choose photos for editing and save generated results.
- Internet access: used to connect to our backend, AI processing services, analytics, purchase verification, and app configuration services.
- Advertising ID: used by attribution SDKs for install and purchase attribution where available and allowed by your device settings.
7. Retention and Deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Image inputs and generated image outputs are processed to provide the selected feature. We aim to avoid retaining uploaded image content longer than needed for processing, delivery, debugging, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.
- Account, credit, subscription, purchase, and anti-abuse records may be retained while your app profile is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.
- Analytics and crash data may be retained according to the retention settings of our analytics and diagnostics providers.
- Support emails and deletion requests may be retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain compliance records.
Request deletion
You may request deletion of your PixMagic AI app profile and associated personal data by contacting us at privacy@example.com. Please include "PixMagic AI Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We may need information from you to verify the request and identify the relevant app profile. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated API requests, purchase verification, access controls, encrypted transport where supported, and limited access to operational systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
9. Children
PixMagic AI is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through PixMagic AI, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

PixMagic AI may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. When information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law and service provider agreements.

- You can choose not to upload a photo, but image-based features will not work without photo input.
- You can manage app permissions in Android system settings.
- You can manage subscriptions through Google Play.
- You can opt out of some advertising ID personalization through Android or Google settings where available.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice in the app or through other reasonable means.
